The Federal Supreme Court took note of the appellant’s withdrawal of its appeal against the Vaud Cantonal Court’s decision on res judicata in a complaint against an association. The case was removed from the docket. The court ordered the appellant to pay judicial costs of CHF 150.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 150 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.
