Zusammenfassung

The appellant withdrew her federal appeal in a guardianship case. The Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the proceedings and struck the matter from the docket. It also ordered court costs of CHF 200 against the appellant. The order was issued by the president of the II. Civil Law Division and notified to the parties and the lower courts.

If the appellant withdraws the appeal, the proceedings are to be discontinued by summary order. The discontinuance follows from the withdrawal without any merits review. Costs are ordinarily borne by the withdrawing party pursuant to the federal cost rules and the cross-reference to the BZP provisions governing withdrawal; the court may fix a modest procedural fee in the order.

Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),

verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird der Beschwerdeführerin, dem verfahrensbeteiligten Amt und dem Bezirksgericht Brig, Östlich-Raron und Goms und dem Kantonsgericht Wallis schriftlich mitgeteilt.
