Zusammenfassung

The Federal Supreme Court dealt with an appeal against a Zurich cantonal judgment concerning exclusion as a party representative. The appellant withdrew the appeal by note on the payment form. The chamber president therefore ordered the proceedings to be discontinued and struck them off. Court costs of CHF 200 were imposed on the appellant. The order was communicated to the appellant, the Zurich Cantonal Court, and the District Court A.

Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),

verfügt der Präsident:

Das Beschwerdeverfahren 5A_41/2014 wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bezirksgericht A.________ schriftlich mitgeteilt.
