The Federal Supreme Court held that the appeal against the Zurich High Court judgment of 15 February 2011 was filed far outside the 30-day deadline. Since the appellant's counsel had received the cantonal judgment on 17 February 2011 and the appeal was only handed to the post on 10 June 2011, the appeal was manifestly inadmissible. The court therefore did not enter into the matter and ordered no court costs. The appellant was informed that any challenge to the separate judgment of 12 May 2011 would be dealt with in another file.
Art. 100 Abs. 1 and Art. 48 Abs. 1 BGG; appeal deadline and non-entry under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG: A federal appeal must be filed or handed to the postal service within 30 days of notification of the cantonal decision. If this time limit is missed, the appeal is manifestly inadmissible and the deciding judge may dispose of the case in the simplified procedure by non-entry. In such a case, no substantive review occurs; the order on costs depends on the simplified procedure applied in the individual case.

in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG innert 30 Tagen nach der Eröffnung des kantonalen Entscheids beim Bundesgericht einzureichen oder zu dessen Handen der Schweizerischen Post zu übergeben ist (Art. 100 Abs. 1, 48 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass im vorliegenden Fall der Anwalt der Beschwerdeführerin im kantonalen Verfahren das Urteil des Obergerichts vom 15. Februar 2011 am 17. Februar 2011 in Empfang genommen hat,
dass die Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG indessen erst am 10. Juni 2011 und damit lange nach Ablauf der Beschwerdefrist der Post übergeben worden ist,
dass sich somit die Beschwerde, soweit sie sich gegen das obergerichtliche Urteil vom 15. Februar 2011 richtet, als offensichtlich unzulässig erweist, weshalb darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass keine Gerichtskosten erhoben werden,
dass in den Fällen des Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG das vereinfachte Verfahren zum Zuge kommt und die Abteilungspräsidentin zuständig ist,
dass schliesslich die Beschwerdeführerin darauf hingewiesen wird, dass die Beschwerde, soweit sie sich gegen das obergerichtliche Urteil vom 12. Mai 2011 richtet, in einem separaten Verfahren behandelt wird (5A_398/2011),
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird der Beschwerdeführerin, der Psychiatrischen Universitätsklinik Y.________ und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.
