Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The proceedings were discontinued and struck off the docket because the appellant withdrew the appeal.
Once the appeal was withdrawn, the single judge could file the matter away under the Federal Supreme Court Act and the procedural provisions of the Federal Judiciary Procedure Code.
