Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et la cause est rayée du rôle.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.

Whether the withdrawn appeal should be struck from the docket
The court took note of the withdrawal and removed the case from the docket.
Once the appellant declared withdrawal, there was no need to decide the merits and the case had to be struck out.
