The president therefore discontinued the proceedings and ordered the case struck from the docket. The appellant was ordered to pay a reduced court fee of CHF 200. Art. 73 BZP) und die (reduzierten) Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 200.-- wird der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
