Januar 2010) zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch die Abteilungspräsidentin (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP), die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG) und dieser darauf hingewiesen wird, dass seinen weiteren Begehren nach erfolgtem Beschwerderückzug nicht stattgegeben werden kann,
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the appeal should be dismissed from the docket after withdrawal.
The proceedings were discontinued and removed from the docket because the appeal had been withdrawn.
Once the appellant withdrew the appeal, the president could discontinue the case under Art. 32(2) BGG in conjunction with the procedural rules cited by the court.
Who bears the costs after withdrawal of the appeal.
Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellant.
The court applied the cited cost rules and allocated costs to the withdrawing appellant.
