Zusammenfassung

The appellant withdrew his complaint against the Bernese supervisory decision concerning the taking and sale of pledged property. The Federal Supreme Court, acting through the division president, therefore discontinued the proceedings and struck the case off the docket. It ordered court costs of CHF 200 against the appellant and notified the parties and the cantonal supervisory court.

Where the appellant withdraws the complaint, the competent judge may strike the proceedings from the roll by order. In such a case the cause is terminated without a merits ruling; the costs are ordinarily borne by the withdrawing party under the applicable federal procedural and cost rules (consid. 1).

Mai 2008 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch den Abteilungspräsidenten (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),

verfügt der Präsident:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
