The appellant withdrew his complaint against the decision of the Zurich cantonal supervisory authority in debt enforcement and bankruptcy matters. The Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the proceedings by presidential order. It also imposed court costs of CHF 300 on the appellant. The order was communicated to the appellant, the debt enforcement office, and the cantonal court.
Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP; withdrawal of the complaint leads to discontinuance of the proceedings by the competent division president under Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG. Costs are allocated according to the applicable cost rules, in principle to the withdrawing party (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG; Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP).

April 2011 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch die Abteilungspräsidentin (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Betreibungsamt Y.________ und dem Obergericht der Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The proceedings were struck off the docket as the complaint had been withdrawn.
Once the appellant withdrew the filing, the president could discontinue the case under the Federal Supreme Court Act and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure provisions cited.

Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellant.
Costs were allocated to the withdrawing appellant under the cited cost rules.
