The court took note of the withdrawal of both appeals and removed the case from the docket.
The appellant expressly withdrew both proceedings, so there was no further need to decide the merits.
Allocation of the judicial fee after withdrawal of the appeals
A judicial fee of CHF 800 was imposed on the appellant.
Upon taking note of the withdrawal, the court allocated the costs to the withdrawing party under Art. 156 para. 6 OJ.
