Because the appellant expressly withdrew the appeal, the proceedings ended; the court applied Art. 156 para. 6 OJ.

The appellant was ordered to pay a judicial fee of CHF 200.
The withdrawal justified allocating the fee to the appellant under the applicable procedural rule.
