The Court took note of the withdrawal and struck the case from the docket.
The appellant expressly withdrew the appeal in writing; under Art. 32 para. 2 LTF the Court simply records the withdrawal and closes the matter.
Allocation of court costs after withdrawal of the appeal.
A judicial fee of CHF 200 was charged to the appellant.
Because the appeal was withdrawn, the appellant had to bear the procedural fee.
