X.________ SA brought a constitutional complaint against a judgment of the Vaud cantonal Chamber of Appeals in a dispute concerning refusal of relief. The President may decide the matter summarily under Art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF. The non-payment requirement is formal and leads to non-entry irrespective of the merits of the complaint.

Vu l'ordonnance du 5 juin 2008 invitant la recourante à verser jusqu'au 20 juin 2008 une avance de frais de 500 fr. et l'ordonnance du 26 juin 2008 fixant en application de l'art. 62 al. 3 LTF un délai supplémentaire jusqu'au 4 juillet 2008.
Que l'avance de frais requise n'a pas été effectuée dans les délais impartis.
Que le recours est dès lors irrecevable faute d'avance de frais (art. 62 al. 3 LTF).
par ces motifs, vu l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF, le Président prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 200 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.

Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et à la Chambre des recours du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.

Whether the constitutional complaint was admissible despite non-payment of the court-ordered advance of costs.
The complaint was inadmissible because the required advance of costs was not paid within the prescribed time limits.
The court noted that the advance payment ordered on 5 June 2008 and extended on 26 June 2008 under Art. 62(3) LTF was not made in time; under Art. 62(3) LTF, the appeal is inadmissible for that reason.
