Vu les ordonnances du 31 octobre 2007 invitant les recourants à verser jusqu'au 16 novembre 2007 des avances de frais de 500 fr., ces délais étant prolongés sur demandes des recourants jusqu'au 17 décembre 2007, et les ordonnances du 28 décembre 2007 fixant en application de l'art. 62 al. 3 LTF des délais supplémentaires jusqu'au 17 janvier 2008.
Que les avances de frais requises n'ont pas été effectuées dans les délais impartis.
Que les recours sont dès lors irrecevables faute d'avances de frais (art. 62 al. 3 LTF).
par ces motifs, vu l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF, le Président prononce:

Les recours sont irrecevables.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 500 fr., sont mis à la charge des recourants.

Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et à la Chambre des recours du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.
