verfügt die Präsidentin im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the constitutional complaint should be struck out after withdrawal
The proceedings were discontinued and struck out because the complaint had been withdrawn.
Once the appellant withdrew the complaint, the case was considered resolved by withdrawal and had to be removed from the docket.
Allocation of court costs after withdrawal
Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellant.
The withdrawing party bears the costs under Art. 66 BGG.
