Zusammenfassung

In a landlord-eviction dispute, the appellant withdrew her subsidiary constitutional complaint before the Federal Supreme Court. The First Civil Law Court therefore discontinued the proceedings by order of 27 March 2008. Applying Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG, it charged court costs of CHF 300 to the appellant. The order was communicated to the parties and to the Justice Commission of the Zug Cantonal Court.

Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG, Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG; withdrawal of a subsidiary constitutional complaint leads to discontinuance of the proceedings by order. Where the complaint is withdrawn, the Federal Supreme Court strikes the case from the roll without examining the merits. As a rule, the withdrawing party bears the court costs; a different allocation requires special reasons. The cost order remains a consequence of the procedural disposition and is not dependent on any substantive assessment of the contested cantonal judgment.

dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG);

verfügt der Präsident im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und der Justizkommission des Obergerichts des Kantons Zug schriftlich mitgeteilt.
