The appeal was struck from the docket because the appellant withdrew it.
Upon receipt of the withdrawal letter, the Federal Supreme Court applied Art. 32(2) LTF and terminated the proceedings without a merits review.
Allocation of court costs after withdrawal of the appeal.
Judicial costs of CHF 500 were charged to the appellant.
As the withdrawal led to termination of the case, the court ordered the appellant to bear the costs.
