Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire est rayée du rôle.

L'ordonnance du 14 novembre 2008 invitant l'intimée à déposer une réponse au recours jusqu'au 15 décembre 2008 est annulée.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge des recourants.

La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Chambre civile de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève.

By letter of 24 November 2008, the appellants expressly withdrew the appeal; under Art. 32 para. 2 LTF the president could dispose of the matter accordingly.

Judicial costs of CHF 300 were charged to the appellants.
Because the appellants withdrew the appeal, they were ordered to bear the court costs.
