Zusammenfassung

The appellant withdrew his federal appeal in an employment dismissal case. The President of the First Civil Law Court took note of the withdrawal under Art. 32(2) LTF and ordered the case removed from the docket. Court costs of CHF 200 were charged to the appellant. The order was communicated to the parties and to the cantonal Chamber of Appeals.

Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of the appeal before judgment: upon notice of withdrawal, the Federal Supreme Court takes note thereof and strikes the matter from the roll. The proceedings are thereby terminated without review of the merits; the usual consequence is the allocation of judicial costs to the withdrawing appellant, unless a special rule or circumstance dictates otherwise.
