The First Civil Law Court therefore struck the case from the docket under Art. 32(2) LTF, annulled the earlier invitations to respond, and ordered the appellant to pay CHF 300 in judicial costs.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of appeal; striking-off of the docket and costs: where the appellant withdraws the federal appeal, the proceedings are terminated by removal of the case from the docket. Pending procedural orders aimed at a response become void. The withdrawing appellant generally bears the judicial costs of the terminated proceedings (consid. implicit).

Vu la lettre du 9 juin 2010 par laquelle la recourante déclare retirer le recours.
Vu l'art. 32 al. 2 LTF.

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

Les ordonnances présidentielles du 26 mai 2010 invitant l'intimée et l'instance cantonale à déposer une réponse éventuelle au recours sont annulées.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.

La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Chambre d'appel en matière de baux et loyers du canton de Genève.
