Vu la lettre du 22 juillet 2008 par laquelle les recourantes déclarent retirer le recours.
Vu l'art. 32 al. 2 LTF.

Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire est rayée du rôle.

L'ordonnance du 27 juin 2008 invitant l'intimée à déposer une réponse au recours jusqu'au 29 août 2008 est annulée.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge des recourantes.

La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Chambre d'appel en matière de baux et loyers du canton de Genève.

After the appellants declared in writing that they withdrew the appeal, the Federal Tribunal noted the withdrawal under Art. 32(2) LTF.

The order of 27 June 2008 was annulled.
Because the appeal had been withdrawn, the invitation for the respondent to file a response had no purpose and had to be cancelled.

The court costs were imposed on the appellants.
As a consequence of the withdrawal of the appeal, the appellants had to bear the judicial costs.
