dass die Gerichtskosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG);
verfügt die Präsidentin im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Kassationsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The proceedings were struck off the list because the appeal had been withdrawn.
Once the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter, there was no longer a pending remedy to decide.

Costs were charged to the withdrawing appellant under Art. 66(3) BGG.
