Under Art. 77 BPR, objections to irregularities in federal votes must be lodged within three days of discovering the ground for complaint. The asserted incompatibility with constitutional and international law was apparent at the latest when the voting materials were delivered, well before the vote. A complaint filed about one and a half months later is clearly late and inadmissible.
