Art. 67 Abs. 2 OG; appeal declaration must state the amendment sought to the cantonal judgment. The appellant must formulate a substantive principal request showing the content of the desired final judgment. Purely procedural prayers, in particular a request for annulment or remittal, do not satisfy this requirement; neither does the mere reference to the requests made before the cantonal courts. The court cannot infer the required request from the probable intention of the appellant. Failure to make such a request leads to non-entry on the appeal.
