Art. 17 SchKG; objections to the territorial competence of the debt enforcement office must be raised within the statutory complaint period; an official act performed by a locally incompetent enforcement officer becomes final if not timely attacked. The expiry of the ten-day period bars later complaint even where the debtor invokes lack of local jurisdiction or related objections under Art. 51 SchKG. If the cantonal supervisory authority wrongly enters into the merits but dismisses the complaint, the appellant suffers no legally relevant disadvantage; the Federal Court will not intervene solely for that reason.
