Standing in bankruptcy supervisory proceedings; advance payments on an admitted bankruptcy claim from the estate: the bankrupt debtor is not entitled to complain against an order granting a creditor prior payments on account of a filed claim, since the debtor has no legally protected interest in the recognition or satisfaction of claims from the bankruptcy estate; such an objection may arise only for other bankruptcy creditors whose dividend is jeopardized. In the absence of standing, the complaint is not entered into (consid. 1).
