Abgesehen aber davon, daß ein bezügliches Beschwerde begehren nicht vorliegt, wird das gepfändete Objekt im vorinstanz lichen Entscheide auf nur 15 Fr. veranschlagt, so daß offenbar die Voraussetzungen zu einem solchen Austausch nicht vorhanden sind. Ganz unerheblich für die hier streitige Frage der Pfänd barkeit der Uhr ist die Berufung der Rekurrenten darauf, daß sie sich an ihr das Eigentum vorbehalten hätten. Ihre bezüglichen Ansprüche haben sie durch eine Vindikationsklage vor dem Civil richter geltend zu machen.
